Our Hospitality Team members are the very first impression of Oceanway to our visitors and members. If you are friendly, can smile and love on people, then you are a perfect fit for our Team. We have a couple of areas in hospitality that may interest you…
Coffee Bar – Our Coffee team prepares hot and cold coffee for our guests and keeps the mini pastries stocked, while greeting our guests and helping them to feel welcome.
Connect Station – Located in the back of the sanctuary, you can help new people and members get signed up for events through our ipad kiosks, (or even show them on their own devices). Help direct people through our Life Journal plans & give general information about our church.
Guest Follow Up – We want Oceanway to make a great impression on new visitors and you can be a part of that! Help behind the scenes, to get connected and stay connected with our newest visitors . You will help to write notes, enter new data & package up free gifts to mail out.
Greeter – This friendly team loves people and makes them feel at home here at Oceanway. You can answer any questions people might have and even direct them to a classroom if needed.
New Here Station – We exist to add value to PEOPLE! If you love to connect with new visitors and help them get connected to Oceanway then you will love helping at the New Here Station, located in the back of the sanctuary. Hand out free gifts to our first time visitors and inform them of the next steps when they return!
Prayer – Pray with those who just made the most important decision of their lives: accepting Christ, and those who have needs to be prayed for.
Parking Team – This fun and enjoyable team is truly the first impression of Oceanway! If you relish the great outdoors and enjoy telling people where to go, this is the team for you.
Sanctuary Hosts – Welcome and greet guests, help find the best seats available, answer questions, and even introduce people and help them get connected.
Sign Spinner – Be the first to welcome guests as soon as they arrive, hold a sign outside, at the front door or in the lobby. They welcome guests with a smile, wave, encouragement and personal touch so that hearts are open to the Gospel message.
Usher -Help people feel welcome, assist with seating, collect offering and help maintain a safe environment.
